The process with UCW was easy, Dan was very thorough and did absolutely everything in his power to make sure I left with my 2011 Jeep. As he was trying to shove a meatball hoagie down his throat, he was trying to explain the inventory that wasn't available. The website doesn't reflect current inventory. Save yourself sometime and don't apply online. The customer service is awful by phone and couldn't imagine what it's like in person.
