  I went there at 2pm today for social security ineligible letter and I was out by 2:45. Everyone was polite and it was crowded still my work was done in 45mins. It took 2 minutes at the counter to actually take the letter. I don't know why people gave such bad reviews. If you have all the documents you don't have to worry.

  First of all the Security Guard was so friendly. The bathrooms were clean although the doors plus handles to them were truly the stuff of nightmares. I must admit that the Security Guard , tall white haired gent with an engaging smile, was chatty , helpful and I got the strongest feeling that we TRULY had a connection. My kind sir if you happen upon this and share my longing then please feel free to contact me.

  Applied for my new born SS card. Dude told me it will arive in a week, called back after two weeks.... lady told me your son application not showing you gotta come back in the office. What a sucky services
