- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆I recently mailed a package with USPS from this UPS store and the package was returned to sender. I was entirely expecting to have to pay an additional fee to mail the package back out and deal with some sort of confrontation. I was presently surprised by how helpful the staff was at this location. They took care of it for me and were extreamly kind in doing so.By Erin Cawley, February 14, 2017

- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆You will have more time and money if you drive to the South Side, pay for parking, and using that UPS store instead of this one. This place is SLOW, the line is typically out the door.
