- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆THIS PLACE IS HORRIFIC!!! I had the absolute WORST experience today. They scheduled me for 2:00 for a passport. Then told me they accidentally wrote down 2:30 so we had to wait. Then got up there and they said the printer is broken and they can't even print my picture so I have to go to Walgreens. So we leave, go all the way there and they say "one of you doesn't need a picture" just to find out we actually DO need a picture....it was just a HOT MESS! They are VERY rude and unprofessional. They have very nasty attitudes and don't know the answers to anything. I was told 983 different things to bring only to find out I didn't need some things and needed others. Just a mess. They should close this post office down and start all over. I wish I could give them negative 5 stars for my horrendous experience.By Bianca Adams, November 11, 2016
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆What happened to the service in the US Postal service? I brought in a priority mail envelope ready to go and figured if I give them the address, they could print and stick a label on it for me for the $10 I pay. But alas, she didn't even say a word. Just looked at me like I was crazy, and handed me a sticker to fill out and go to end of line after I waited 15 minutes for the one person working there... Ridiculous, I could have done that at home, and had someone pick it up but I thought I would save time stopping in. PayPal does a better job then that lazy ass hat. Expecting the government to do work in this day and age is a joke; I was shipping USCIS the same tax documents I just sent them a month ago that they didn't bother to read...
