    I'm a regular PNC customer. No problems with the services here, but beware that several panhandling bums frequent the steps of this establishment. I am always very uneasy whenever approaching the building to use the outdoor ATMs. The last thing I want- with cash in my hands- is to be accosted by the same "homeless" folks asking for a handout. Really wish the bank would be more vigilant about keeping the area cleared of such loiterers.
