- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆They are a little outdated on the technology, but in regards to the services, spectacular. They have some nice starting interest rates for savings accounts. The main requirement is to do 6 transactions a month. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Worst bank I have ever been involved with. Opened a business account was told each deposit takes 5 days to clear although that is excessive I could deal. Requested starter checks and was told they dont give them to new customers. Went to another branch they handed them to me told me that is untrue and apologized. The scambis they hold all your money as lobg as they can but allow you to use it and then charge over draft fee. This will be last week back to P&C.By harry wynkoop, December 04, 2016
